Experience has taught us that what customers really want from their cleaning service is reliability, quality and value for money, these things are generally hard to find or at least things start well but quickly deteriorate.

Expectation is the root of all heartache as the saying goes, so from the very beginning of our working relationship we like to set the goals of what it is you’re looking to achieve with your cleaning service and the way we do this is by offering you a package service choice .

Our packages are designed to provide both you and us with a clear list of what’s included in your clean and eliminates doubt and ensures that what you receive is a consistent level of service from us. You can choose from weekly, fortnightly or every four weeks to ensure your home stays looking the way that you designed it and fits within your budget.

We provide all of our own equipment including vacuums and even bring our own toothbrushes for those hard to reach areas.

When looking at the packages below we have given guide prices but during the quote you can chose a mixture and all prices will be quoted based on estimated time taken. For example you may have a four bedroom but two bedrooms are to be left and the dining room is only to be vacuumed. This would put you at the lowest end of the estimate and only likely to take 2 hours

Bins emptied (where bags provided)

Mirrors polished

Towel rail polished

Floors Vacuumed and hand wiped (mopped for larger bathrooms)

Fixtures and fittings cleaned and polished

Sinks Cleaned

Toothbrush holders, hand soap bottles, toilet paper holders wiped

LOUNGE/DINING/FAMILY/CINEMA ROOMS

Wooden furniture dusted and polished.

Glass, mirrors and metal polished.

Table/Chairs wiped (please let us know if you would like multi-surface spray, water only or dry dust for this)

Sofa cushions tidied, crumbs under seat cushions removed. (where removable)

Pictures dusted

TV stand, bookcases, fireplace and all other surfaces dusted.

Exposed woodwork including skirting, window sills and door frames dusted.

Cobwebs removed.

All rooms vacuumed and floors spray mopped.

BEDROOMS

Beds straightened and headboard dusted (bed changing is optional)

Exposed woodwork including skirting, window sills and door frames dusted.

Cobwebs removed

Bedroom furniture including bedside tables and dressing tables dusted.

Toiletries/make up dusted and tidied

Glass and mirrors polished

All rooms vacuumed and floors mopped.

Deep Cleaning

This is a list of all the extras not included in our regular cleaning service – nearly all are needed for end of tenancy but for deep cleans you can pick and choose.

KITCHEN – Optional Extras

Clean all tiles including grease removal

Clean inside/top of cupboards.

Clean fridge/freezer.

Wet wipe/Degrease woodwork and skirting.

Deep clean floors.

Clean outside of all appliances.

Clean UPVC/glass doors and Windows

Deep clean extractor hood

Scrape and deep clean hob (does not include metal pan stands)

Remove all tea/coffee stains from sink

BATHROOM

Clean all tiles.

Mould removal. (Mould penetrated sealant/mastic may not lift)

Wet wipe woodwork and skirting.

Clean inside cupboards.

Deep clean bath/shower.

Clean back of toilet area.

ALL OTHER ROOMS

Clean windows/UPVC. (Internal only)

Vacuum all sofas.

Wet wipe all woodwork.

Move all items off shelves e.g books off bookcase.

Clean inside light fixtures/chandelier.

Polish ornaments/furniture/silver.

Pull out all furniture to clean behind
